Accompanied by percussion music, we will explore
the rhythms of African diaspora dances and practice
our music-kinetic perception.

We come in contact with choreography and kinetic motifs of this type of dance and we will improvise by activating the imagination of our body.

Afro-Brazilian dance emphasizes on our relationship
with the earth and the power of symbols as part of
its core vocabulary.

Deconstructing the kinetic vocabulary of Afro-Brazilian dance, we will compose a short choreography and share our work with the group.
